The CPO training showed me how much quality control matters. It helped me build situational awareness and humility while teaching risk assessment, advance planning, defensive driving, and how to manage crowds or threats without escalating. I learned to blend in, spot problems early, and resolve them quietly using positioning, timing, and communication instead of force.

The discipline, the blending in, spotting troubles early, and resolving them quietly are what separate real professionalism from just wearing the badge. (DIRECTING IT TO THE POLICE)
